Elvira's Oatmeal Breakfast




Cook oats, peeled apples, anise, raisins, vanilla bean,fennel seeds for about 20 min.

When done, mix in frozen wild blueberries.

Blend soaked almonds, sesame and flax seeds in water.

Strain and add to the oats.

Serve w lots of fresh fruits.
